Cooking Tip

Flour Tortilla Pressing
After making flour tortilla dough, line tortilla press with plastic wrap, place a ball of flour tortilla dough in center of press and flatten. Fresh tortilla is ready for cooking.

Cooking Tip

Cast Iron Skillet
A cast iron skillet is great for browning tortillas on the stovetop as it heats well, retains heat and can also hold the tortillas, if you choose to place them in the oven to stay warm.
