Cooking Tip

Grilled Sirloin
As a variation to pan frying, grill whole sirloin steaks on the grill until medium rare. Remove steak from the grill and allow steaks to cool and rest, locking in the juices. Cut steak into thin strips for use in tacos.

Cooking Tip

Toasted Jalapenos
Roast or toast jalapenos in high heat in the oven, on a stovetop grill, or over direct heat on an outdoor grill. All three methods impart different smoky, rich flavors and textures to the jalapenos.
