| 1. In a large saute pan, saute the oil, tofu, onion, and garlic for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
2. Add paprika, chili powder, cayenne, cumin, salt, tomato sauce and lime juice. Saute another 3 minutes.
3. Add cilantro and remove from heat.
4. Spoon tofu taco mixture into serving bowl.
5. Prepare taco shells.
6. Spoon tofu mixture across bottom of taco shells.
7. Serve with toppings.
